Questions

What counts as a minute?+

Interview time, from when the interviewer starts until the interview ends. Setup and reading your report are free, and an interview where you didn't answer anything doesn't count.

Should I pick Pro or Max?+

Pro is billed weekly: $14.99 a week for 120 minutes, best if your interview is days away. Max is billed monthly: $49.99 a month for 480 minutes. If you'll prep for more than about three weeks, or for several schools, Max costs less than paying for Pro week after week.

What happens when I run out of minutes?+

An interview always runs to its end. After that you can upgrade to Max, or buy a top-up of 60 minutes for $7.99. Top-up minutes roll over.

Do unused minutes roll over?+

Plan minutes don't. They reset to the full amount when your plan renews (every week on Pro, every month on Max), so use them or lose them. Top-up minutes are different: they roll over and stay until you use them.

How do I cancel?+

Anytime, from Manage subscription on this page. You keep your minutes until the end of the period you've paid for.

Is this affiliated with Harvard Business School?+

No. It's an independent practice tool built by an HBS alum, and scores are automated, not admissions advice.
